About the Project

The project is located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the city of Riyadh along the Olaya highway north of the city on three surrounding streets. It consists of two office towers connected to each other at several levels through horizontal connecting bridges.

The project extends over a lot area of 5250 m², while the total built area of the project is about 30000 m² distributed on ten floors above the ground and three basement levels dedicated to underground parking.
